After signing up as an org owner, you'll be guided through the organization setup process. Enter your org name, choose your sport (baseball or softball), select your plan, and customize your branding. You'll receive a unique join code that athletes, coaches, and parents can use to join your organization.

Share your organization's join code with athletes and their families. They can enter it during signup or from their dashboard. You can also send direct invitations from the Roster section of your dashboard. Once they join, they'll appear in your roster and you can assign positions and jersey numbers.

Yes. You can invite coaches to your organization and assign them specific permissions. Coaches can be given access to scoring, roster management, training programs, stats viewing, payments, and recruiting — each permission is independently configurable.

1. Go to the Scoring tab on your dashboard
2. Click "New Game" and enter game details (opponent, date, location)
3. Set your lineup from your roster
4. Score each at-bat pitch by pitch using the scoring interface
5. Stats are generated automatically as you score

Fans and parents can follow along in real time on the public scoreboard.

Yes. The play-by-play log has full undo and edit capabilities. You can go back and correct any play at any point during or after the game. Stats will automatically recalculate when plays are edited.

Standard stats include batting (AVG, OBP, SLG, OPS, H, 2B, 3B, HR, RBI, R, BB, K), pitching (ERA, WHIP, K/9, BB/9, W-L, SV, IP), and fielding (FLD%, E, PO, A). Premium plans unlock advanced sabermetric stats like wOBA, wRC+, FIP, xFIP, BABIP, and more.

The free plan includes roster management, basic game scoring, standard stats tracking, a public team page, and a live scoreboard. It's designed to give you everything you need to get started with no cost and no credit card required.
